SixD Consulting Announces Name Change & New Ownership

FINDLAY, OH—SixD Consulting announces a change in ownership and subsequent name change. Dan Gonder is now sole owner, as Eric Kurjan steps down as President. The company will now be known as Strategic In/Sight Partners, and will continue its work with leadership teams to improve results by providing strategic planning, performance improvement and organizational health.

 

Gonder has been with the company since its founding in 2005.Since 2015, he has been a co-owner with Kurjan. “Succession planning is an important aspect of effective strategic planning,” Gonder says, noting that the transfer of ownership has been part of the company’s long-range plans for many years. Kurjan will continue to work part time for the first year to help transition clients.

 

“We have turned to a new chapter with Dan taking over as president and owner.  Over the last 16 years, Dan has been a driving force all along the way.  I certainly could not have done it without Dan’s dedication to the team and our clients.  Helping our clients achieve their goals, and building friendships and trusted relationships, are the rewards we get from the work we do.  I have the utmost confidence in Dan and the team to continue serving our clients,” said Kurjan.

 

Gonder specializes in strategic advisory services, organizational health, employee engagement, team and leadership training programs and executive coaching.Additionally, Gonder is a member of the Table Group’s Consulting Alliance offering services based on the bestselling books by Patrick Lencioni such as TheAdvantage, Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and The Ideal Team Player.Prior to joining SixD in 2005, Gonder was the North American training leader for Microsoft Business Solutions, where he was responsible for 60+ training centers and 300+ certified instructors throughout the US and Canada. Prior toMicrosoft, he held multiple roles with Great Plains Software and SolomonSoftware.
